And, the brand new version of SuiteAnswers that NetSuite recently rolled out brings enhancements ranging from expanded content, audience filters and product categories to new search functionality, all to better support NetSuite users looking to learn and discover. With more than 50,000 searchable support resources, help is at hand for every part of the NetSuite product, including SuiteApps.

This latest version of SuiteAnswers is the product of extensive research, feedback and collaboration with the NetSuite community.

“When developing the new SuiteAnswers, we were very conscious of addressing the pain points customers experienced when using the current version,” said Martin Cmarko, product manager for SuiteAnswers. “We mapped the typical customer journey throughout the site and highlighted areas of improvement, however small, along this route. Working closely with our customers gave us invaluable insight and vision for the future development of the product.”

  • Downloadable resources, such as ebooks and presentations, on a variety of core and niche topics.
  • Announcements are now categorized according to product area, making it easier for you to keep track of changes that matter most to your business.
  • Video categories by product — including NetSuite Basics, ERP, Commerce and SuiteAnalytics — as well as curated videos in the “Staff Picks” section.

Better search:

  • A new natural-language search engine delivers easier queries and more accurate results.
  • Type-ahead predictive search and previous search history lookups get you answers faster.
  • Advanced search filtering with expanded content types, filtered by audience and product categories, helps zero in on the insights you need.

More comprehensive support:

  • A more intuitive case submission form with customized case questions tailored to each product area provides a simplified method of case submission and speedier resolution of your issues.
  • A case quality indicator encourages customers to provide just the right amount of information to diagnose issues efficiently.
