Reduce data noise with AI

Interpreting reports can be challenging. That’s where Contextual Insights comes in. This new AI-powered feature in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse uncovers data insights including correlations, top differences, 80/20 breakdowns, and more, helping highlight new and significant data findings.

Contextual Insights uses AI to efficiently analyze and generate insights, similar to the popular Auto-Insights and Explain features. What’s new is that Contextual Insights are comparative, identifying how user-selected data compares with the rest of the data set. Insights are presented in ranked order; can include examples, like comparing sales trends in retail stores versus website and Amazon; and track correlation patterns between sales and metrics like profit, quantity ordered, and gross unit price.

Custom reporting made easier

Insights specific to your industry and business challenge need data variety to capture both facts and context. NetSuite enhancements make it simpler to handle data for faster access to meaningful insights.

  • The new Customization User Interface simplifies the transfer of NetSuite custom and supplemental objects to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. Select single or multiple objects, and place them within subject areas.
  • The new Reload Scheduler allows for reloading augmentation data from third-party sources, like Google Analytics and Salesforce, in multiple ways and on a defined schedule—say, every Sunday evening.
  • The Content Explorer Workbook gives users quick access to thousands of prebuilt metrics, joined data sets, and workbooks. It can be easily accessed within your instance catalog.

Insight sharing

Finally, you’ll find more options to share visualizations generated with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, expanding from CSV, PDF, and PPT to include XLS format. Schedule email sharing and allow recipients to view and interpret results in their preferred formats.
