Consolidating Operations on NetSuite
Burn Boot Camp is one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the nation and has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2012. Burn moves like their members: with purpose and at a fast pace. The growing company was using QuickBooks, Shopify, Mindbody, DOMO, Excel, and Zendesk to run its operations.
Wanting to consolidate all financials, improve dashboards, and collect financial statements from all locations, the company evaluated several ERP tools before selecting NetSuite. With Bring IT as its implementation partner, Burn Boot Camp completed a fast ERP implementation that resulted in higher levels of automation and improved system integration management.
Burn Boot Camp is using NetSuite Financials First Premium Cloud Services ERP and Advanced Inventory Management. The custom royalty calculation and collections process that Bring IT designed for Burn Boot Camp reduced this process from two days to one hour per month. Burn Boot Camp is also implementing SuiteCommerce as its e-commerce platform. BringIT continues to provide ongoing support to Burn Boot Camp for its integrations with Abacus expense reporting, MerchantE credit card processing, and customized efficiencies between SuiteCommerce, Advanced Inventory Management, and Burn Boot Camp’s third-party distribution partner.
Moving Away from Homegrown Solutions to a Unified ERP
Founded in 1999, BioLife Solutions is a leading supplier of class-defining cell and gene therapy bioproduction tools and services. Before moving to NetSuite, the company relied on homegrown systems, QuickBooks, and Infor CSI.
As BioLife Solutions grew and acquired multiple companies to form its marketplace, technology challenges began to emerge — namely when it came to consolidating multiple financial entities.
After reviewing options from Infor, Epicor, and Microsoft, the company selected NetSuite for its new ERP. BioLife chose NetSuite because it wanted a true cloud ERP that would integrate with Salesforce and provide a foundation for future growth. Working with Alliance Partner Providence Consulting Group (PCG), BioLife Solutions has completed Phase 1 of its ERP implementation and is now working on Phase 2.
The company is using NetSuite’s full manufacturing premium ERP with OneWorld as well as capabilities from RF-Smart and Netgain, both Built for NetSuite or “BFN” partners. With the mantra of using core NetSuite modules plus solutions developed by proven BFN partners, PCG was able to complete the implementation without any additional customizations.
The results are already apparent: With NetSuite in place, BioLife Solutions has automated and simplified its month-end close and governmental agencies filing processes. It now plans to implement multiple operational entities on NetSuite.
Cloud ERP Fuels Growth for Leading Electricity Solutions Provider
Spark Power provides end-to-end electrical services, operations, and maintenance services, and energy sustainability solutions to the industrial, utility, and renewable asset markets in North America.
Before implementing NetSuite, Spark Power was using legacy systems that included a custom-made field service application. But the fast-growing company needed a standardized financial system that could support units across its business. A series of acquisitions since the company’s founding in 2009 amplified the need for a scalable, standard model, and its construction-oriented business model required financial capabilities that previous systems couldn’t support.
With Appficiency, Inc. as its implementation partner, Spark Power began using NetSuite for project management, order to cash, procure to pay, and advanced financial management. The Alliance Partner also implemented several Built For NetSuite solutions, including Appficiency Material Job Costing (MJC), Retainage and Construction Estimate to Project sync.
Today, Spark Power is using NetSuite for complete project accounting, enabling visibility into the true financial health of its business and gaining a scalable platform that supports a standardized financial model and enables it to continue its growth trajectory. Appficiency continues to work with the Spark Power team to support that growth and extend the benefits Spark Power sees from its NetSuite solution.
NetSuite Automates Processes for Global Education Provider
Yantra partnered with a leading E-learning company that helps students from any background upskill and land amazing careers. Founded in 2017, the company was using Xero but was tired of inflexible reports and switching between siloed systems. It also wanted to reduce the manual effort involved with managing different currencies across the United States, UK, and Australia.
Yantra, Inc. implemented Advanced Financials, SuiteProjects, Revenue Recognition, Advanced Intercompany, and Salesforce Integration using Yantra Salesforce connector. The integration from Salesforce automated the creation of sales orders, projects, and tracking subscription and professional services in NetSuite.
The company now has the ability to forecast revenue recognition based on subscriptions and professional fees via this integration. Yantra also augmented the functionality to automate amortization of labor/expense and employee commissions based on project updates in Salesforce. This integrated landscape enables future growth and scalability. The organization also leverages NetSuite SuiteApprovals, which provides better controls over billing and intercompany processes.
NetSuite has allowed the company to simplify its processes, eliminate manual work, and better document its new business procedures. Yantra continues to provide implementation help and ongoing support for the growing company.

Infusing Automation Into an Innovative Enterprise
Founded in 2016, Infinitum is a motor technology company delivering lightweight and IoT-enabled electric motors. The company was using a legacy ERP and required a lot of manual processes and adjustments. For example, the Infinitum accounting team was manually managing its monthly balance sheet, which in turn created a lengthy and cumbersome month-end close workload.
Before choosing NetSuite, Infinitum looked at numerous ERP systems. It ultimately moved to NetSuite because it wanted more flexible accounting processes. Today, Infinitum is using NetSuite’s core and advanced financials, advanced inventory, advanced procurement, advanced order management, warranty and repairs management, manufacturing and supply chain management modules.
Bridgepoint also implemented Expensify to NetSuite Connector to automate expense report feeds into the ERP, electronic bank payments that eliminate manual data entry into Infinitum’s banking portal, and automated approval workflows and notifications for the procure-to-pay process. With NetSuite, Infinitum has better visibility into its inventory and manufacturing processes, improved reporting capabilities and a clear view of its financial performance.
The company is now working with Bridgepoint to integrate NetSuite with Salesforce and Arena, which will allow it to automate even more of its manual processes.
