Fritz Nelson is the Editor-in-Chief for Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit, responsible for all content operations, including Brainyard, the NetSuite Blog and Grow Wire.

Experience

Fritz was Editor-in-Chief at Tom’s Hardware (opens in a new tab), a PC enthusiast web publication. Before that, he spent 20 years at United Business Media, most recently as Senior VP and Editorial Director of the InformationWeek (opens in a new tab) Business Technology network, where he was responsible for 12 editorial publications as well as live and virtual events and video. He received an American Society of Business Press Editors (ASBPE) award and appeared several times on NBC’s ‘Press: Here’ Sunday morning television talk show. He has also been a freelance writer for PandoDaily (opens in a new tab) and VentureBeat (opens in a new tab).

Education

Fritz graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland (opens in a new tab) with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
