After a brief hiatus, SuiteWorld is back.
Now in its 10th year, NetSuite’s annual gathering of customers, partners and prospects has returned to Las Vegas Oct. 18-21 and, while no SuiteWorld is ever the same, this year’s event holds some new twists to ensure everyone gets the most out of the event, including expanded virtual offerings for remote attendees, steps to keep everyone safe and some special guests.
The Keynotes
As always Evan Goldberg, NetSuite’s co-founder and executive vice president, will take to the stage sharing NetSuite’s vision and customer success while Gary Weissinger, senior vice president of product management, will dig deep into the latest updates and future plans. And NetSuite’s innovative customers will also share their experiences, with appearances by executives from Lovesac, Clickstop, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Modsy. This year also features a special appearance by Kevin O’Leary, successful entrepreneur, author and star of ABC’s Shark Tank.
NetSuite understands that some in the NetSuite community may still feel apprehensive about an in-person event like SuiteWorld. For those people, and anyone who might not be able to make it in-person, there is…
SuiteWorld On Air
SuiteWorld will be televised. Not the whole thing, of course and really it will be streamed not televised, but the idea is the same, to give people who can’t otherwise attend a chance to participate. There are two different options, SuiteWorld On Air: All Access, for customers and partners who want to expand their NetSuite expertise and network, and SuiteWorld On Air: Discover, for those considering NetSuite and want to understand more about the product’s capabilities and roadmap.
Both passes include access to the keynotes, recordings available for 30 days after the event, networking opportunities and access to the SuiteStore and online demo grounds. The All Access pass also includes special breakout sessions, live training sessions, Birds of a Feather sessions, product round tables, one 30-minute Ask the SuiteGuru session, the UX lab and the Social Impact Exchange.

The Venue
This year, SuiteWorld is moving to the Forum at Caesar’s. The newly constructed facility is at the east end of The Strip and includes a 20,000-square-foot outdoor plaza and a wide variety of shops and entertainment.
The People
With an expected 8,000, there are ample opportunities to network, connect and grow. The annual Hackathon 4Good will be held on Monday, providing attendees with a chance to donate and hone their NetSuite skills by helping two nonprofits address their challenges with a prototype. Sign up (opens in new tab) to volunteer.
Customers will once again feature prominently throughout the week, with goods on sale at the NetSuite store and a series of activations, while will include a Make-A-Wish storybook, a Modsy style quiz, LovePop’s life-size pop-up greeting card, Headspace-branded area to connect with mindful meditation via a QR code and their phone, and the Lovesac lounge.
And, of course, there is The Party, Wednesday night on the lawn at the brand-new Virgin Hotel. Jason Durolo, the platinum recording artist behind hits like Savage Love and Whatcha Say.
The Learning
Once again internal NetSuite experts, external resources and fast-growing customers will be sharing their knowledge and experiences in more than 180 in-person and On Air sessions, categorized by role, product, experience and industry.
But that’s not all. Attendees can add to their NetSuite knowledge with 30-minute SuiteGuru sessions where they can get their technical questions answered by a NetSuite product expert, strengthen their relationship with NetSuite at the Customer Visit Center and gain an understanding of the full suite of applications at the Demogrounds.
The Expo
There’s plenty of chance to explore, pick up some swag and learn on the expo floor where, more than 95 partners will be explaining their products and services.
