NetSuite 2026.2 builds on one of NetSuite’s greatest strengths—centralizing your key business data in one system. Because NetSuite is your system of record, AI intelligence is grounded in the real-world context of your operations. The 2026.2 release brings that AI advantage directly into the flow of work, helping teams move faster, manage data more intelligently, and apply analytics to cross-systems data for a clearer view of performance, opportunities, and what to do next.

Connectors: Connect more data to NetSuite

You rely on data from multiple business systems to make informed decisions. NetSuite 2026.2 helps extend that data foundation with new connectors for ADP Workforce Now and Outlook, along with enhancements to NetSuite Integration Platform. Together, these updates help reduce manual data entry processes, improve data accuracy, and increase visibility across the business.

  • The new NetSuite Connector for ADP Workforce Now helps HR, payroll, and finance teams synchronize employee records, payroll journal entries, and paycheck data between ADP and NetSuite. By replacing manual imports and custom integrations with a managed data flow, you can improve efficiency and data accuracy. Integrated validation, duplicate prevention, and centralized monitoring help simplify payroll-to-finance processes while providing a foundation for additional HCM integrations.

Included with the NetSuite Connector for ADP Workforce Now, the Labor Cost Insights reporting and analytics tool helps CFOs and finance leaders connect payroll-driven labor costs with revenue performance through new reports, configurable analytics, and AI-assisted summaries that provide clearer visibility into workforce efficiency and margin trends. These insights are especially valuable for labor-intensive industries where workforce costs directly impact profitability, like professional services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

  • Automate customer activity tracking with Outlook Premium Support for Outlook Premium extends the NetSuite Connector for Outlook with automated email and calendar synchronization to NetSuite. Sales and service teams can automatically capture emails, attachments, and events in NetSuite using configurable thread and rule-based automation. Background synchronization, enhanced email templates, and activity dashboards help improve CRM data quality, reduce manual data entry, and provide greater visibility into customer interactions.

Integration Platform: AI agent-driven integrations

  • NetSuite Integration Platform now supports agent-driven orchestration that lets organizations build integrations that execute multistep business processes across systems. With support for agents, tools, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, your teams can create more adaptive workflows by connecting to their preferred large language model. Included with NetSuite Integration Platform Enterprise, Agentic AI helps reduce custom orchestration logic and accelerate intelligent automation initiatives.
  • With new controls in NetSuite Integration Platform, agent workflows can pause for approvals or employee input and automatically resume once a response is received. By adding approval checkpoints directly into integration workflows, you can improve control, reliability, and trust in agent-driven automation while preserving process efficiency.

Data warehouse: AI helps turn business data into actionable insights

There’s a distinct advantage to keeping analytics within the NetSuite ecosystem and using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to turn data into next steps. Native integration, ready-to-use functionality, and embedded AI capabilities help efficiently convert diverse, high-volume data into cross-system visibility, deep business understanding, and confident data-driven decisions. NetSuite 2026.2 delivers on our objective of making analytics more approachable with features that reduce complexity and bring predictive analytics into more business use cases.

Analytics accelerators

The following are new resources and shortcuts to simplify and speed analytics projects.

  • Access favorite and most-used NetSuite Analytics Warehouse workbooks and dashboards via your NetSuite dashboard’s Analytics tab. Admins help by curating these role-based collections, which eliminate the need to scroll through screens of content to find what’s used on a regular basis.
  • The Financials Foundation collection of templated NetSuite reports is growing. This release includes AR Aging, AP Aging, Stock Ledger, Inventory Valuation, Sales Order by Customer, and Purchase by Vendor. Templates help you find NetSuite insights faster, elevate standard reporting with added dimensions and third-party data for context, and use AI features that uncover data patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • The Sage Intacct connector helps make the move to NetSuite easier. This connector provides an efficient way to bring over historical data, securely retain it in the cloud data warehouse, and build multiyear trend analyses with current NetSuite data - creating one continuous view into your costs and customer buying habits.
  • A time series calculation wizard takes the complexity out of calculations including period-over-period growth, moving averages, and trend analysis. Simply follow guided steps to input data and let the wizard do the rest. See performance changes over time to measure the effects of decisions, identify anomalies early, and separate signal from noise.

Predictive models for proactive decision-making

Predictive analytics gives a clearer view of what’s likely ahead, helping teams make more proactive decisions. Companies of any size can benefit as machine learning models self-train on your NetSuite data and run autonomously. This release delivers two additions to the existing Churn and Stockouts collection.

  • The Spend Classification model helps finance and procurement teams answer the question “How are we spending money, and what changes should we make?” by predicting the correct spend category for procurement transactions. Now data is organized in universally recognized UNSPSC categories, making it easier to accurately analyze, manage, and optimize purchasing.
  • The Product Recommendation model helps providers offer more personalized purchase recommendations by answering the question “What is this customer likely to need, want, or buy next?” It does this by predicting which products are most relevant for a customer and what will drive better purchasing outcomes, such as increased revenue and customer retention. Models learn patterns from historical data on product views, searches, purchases, profile details, and more.
