Course Objective

SuiteScript 1.0 is no longer being updated with new features. Use SuiteScript 2.0 and 2.1 for any new or substantially revised scripts. Take SuiteScript 2.0: Extend NetSuite with JavaScript to learn about coding with SuiteScript 2.0 and 2.1, which is the currently recommended best practice. Take this SuiteScript 1.0 course only if you need it to understand how to modify your existing SuiteScript 1.0 scripts. Consider converting these 1.0 scripts to 2.0 or 2.1.

This 5-day course provides developers the tools know-how and best practices to create and deploy many SuiteScript 1.0 script types designed to satisfy a variety of business criteria. Students gain hands on experience building an array of SuiteScript 1.0 scripts to customize the functionality of the NetSuite application and then use the SuiteScript Debugger to quickly diagnose and correct problems.
