Administrators can monitor AI use across NetSuite through centralized reporting. As adoption expands and new use cases emerge, additional NetSuite AI Units may be purchased to support growing business needs.

The number of NetSuite AI Units available to your organization is based on your eligible user licenses. Your available NetSuite AI Unit balance can be viewed through centralized usage reporting within NetSuite.

What happens when NetSuite AI Units run out?

Additional NetSuite AI Units can be purchased at any time.
