How do I register for a course?

Search for your desired course from our Partner Enablement page, click on Course Schedule, and then click the Register Now button. Once the form is submitted, a Training Representative will respond within 2 business days.

When is the last day to register or cancel?

We recommend that participants register as early as possible, as classes can fill quickly. Participants must be registered for the live training at least ten (10) business days prior to the class start date in order to complete the required prerequisites. Registrations to the live training may be canceled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start date.

What is the deadline for using my company’s training voucher for a SuiteLife class?

SuiteLife class vouchers expire at the end of your company’s current SuiteLife contract. You must attend a SuiteLife class before the voucher expiration date, not just register for a class by the expiration date. For example, if your voucher expires July 1, 2021, you will need to attend a class before that date.

What happens to the voucher if I cancel?

Registrations may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. Registrations canceled or rescheduled within the ten (10) business days prior to the class start date will consume the training voucher. NetSuite reserves the right to cancel any courses. Should NetSuite cancel a course, 100% of the training fees or paid by a customer will be applied to a future training course; however, NetSuite will not be responsible or liable for any resulting costs incurred by a customer, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.

Can my company change a registered attendee in a SuiteLife class?

Only registered attendees may attend a SuiteLife training class. Any changes to attendees must be processed within 10 business days prior to the class start date by contacting training@netsuite.com. This allows the new attendee time to complete any mandatory course pre-work and participate in other pre-class activities. Requests to change attendees within 10 business days before the class would be subject to the cancellation policy.

Who is allowed to utilize the NetSuite training seat?

Each training seat is purchased as an individual license and assigned to just one student. The confirmed student is the only student who may attend the NetSuite course. Sharing the training event with others in any way is expressly prohibited. Course materials are distributed only to the confirmed NetSuite student for the specified class. Completion Documents will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class.

How do I prepare for my Training On Demand course?

First, be sure you have received a course confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation, please email training@netsuite.com. After receiving your confirmation email, ensure that your system will meet the Course Support Information. This guide will provide everything you need to prepare you for your On Demand experience.
