Experience

Before joining NetSuite, Carolyn served as the Director of Search Content for Search Engine Land and SMX events. Along with leading the editorial team there, she programmed over 6 events a year targeted toward in-house and agency marketers. With entrepreneurial experience of her own, she understands the unique challenges of SMBs as they grow and scale. She now serves the NetSuite content team as an avid researcher focused on how people look for content online and how content can best serve their business needs.

Education

Carolyn holds BAs in Communications and English Literature with a Minor in Psychology from Maryville College. She also holds an MBA focused in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
