Introducing the Resource Center
New in this release, the Resource Center consolidates the tools to manage key activities in one place. It shows resources, bookings, and project information on a booking grid with a week-by-week or month-by-month schedule.
The Resource Center provides an overview of utilization with warning indicators, such as alerts for overbooked resources. You can easily view the projects and tasks booked for each resource, then create and further modify bookings from there. In the resource center you can also:
- Replace booked resources for a booking row
- Edit hours booked per week/month in the booking grid
- Copy multiple cell values using the copy and paste or fill handle functionality
- Edit booking information such as booking type and notes inline
Dashboard and project discussions updates boost productivity
Many services businesses have already benefited from the improved home dashboard launched in SuiteProjects Pro 2024.2, which provided better visibility of project status and KPIs for your project portfolio. This latest update’s dashboards deliver an even more comprehensive overview of the business information most relevant to you and your role. You can now create multiple dashboards, each showing as many as 16 information tiles, so your most important KPIs are easily viewed.
This release improves a collaboration tool first introduced in the 2025.1 update that aims to centralize discussions between teams. The project discussion feature makes it easier for employees across functions to work together and deliver better results by sharing the latest updates, conversations, and decisions. The tool now lets you:
- See total count of unread messages on the header
- Reply to messages in a thread and keep track of replies
- View by unread messages or all messages
- Identify message authors with avatars
- Write messages using a rich text editor
- Add links and email addresses to messages
- Create, read, and modify project discussion messages using REST/XML/SOAP APIs and user scripting

SuiteProjects Pro SuiteAnswers now lets you enter natural language questions and get AI-generated answers from the SuiteAnswers knowledge base. This accelerates issue resolution and provides tailored content and learning within SuiteProjects Pro.
