Last week NetSuite hosted A Cloud Computing Wake-Up Call for Professional Services(opens in new tab). This afternoon event was packed with great
content, including keynotes from Accenture and NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson and an
executive panel with NetSuite OpenAir customers Lloyd’s Register, Siemens,
Software AG and m62 visualcommunications.
The NetSuite OpenAir customers all presented some compelling
stories about their business before automating their professional services
organizations with NetSuite OpenAir’s leading PSA software(opens in new tab) as well as some compelling benefits they have realized thanks for
OpenAir. Lloyd’s Register now has 9,200
users managing timesheets and expenses on a single, centralized system
regardless of their far-flung location in the world. Siemens manages over 2,700 resources and more
than 1,500 unique product knowledge and skill sets with NetSuite OpenAir’s
resource management software. Software
AG has decreased their administrative overhead by 8% with OpenAir. And m62, managed to grow their revenue by a
whopping 50% while only hiring an additional 4 people, thanks in part to
managing resources with NetSuite OpenAir.
