Last week NetSuite hosted A Cloud Computing Wake-Up Call for Professional Services(opens in new tab)This afternoon event was packed with great

content, including keynotes from Accenture and NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson and an

executive panel with NetSuite OpenAir customers Lloyd’s Register, Siemens,

Software AG and m62 visualcommunications.

The NetSuite OpenAir customers all presented some compelling

stories about their business before automating their professional services

organizations with NetSuite OpenAir’s leading PSA software(opens in new tab) as well as some compelling benefits they have realized thanks for

OpenAir.  Lloyd’s Register now has 9,200

users managing timesheets and expenses on a single, centralized system

regardless of their far-flung location in the world.  Siemens manages over 2,700 resources and more

than 1,500 unique product knowledge and skill sets with NetSuite OpenAir’s

resource management software.  Software

AG has decreased their administrative overhead by 8% with OpenAir.  And m62, managed to grow their revenue by a

whopping 50% while only hiring an additional 4 people, thanks in part to

managing resources with NetSuite OpenAir.
