The most important resource for any company is its people – its human resources. A key focus at our upcoming SuiteWorld conference will be NetSuite’s customer-centric approach to human capital management. I’d like to issue a personal invitation on behalf of the entire NetSuite HCM team to come and engage with us in San Jose next month.

Simply put, our customer-centric approach to HCM provides NetSuite customers with a rich palette of sophisticated user-friendly choices for their HR systems. More and more organizations are realizing the benefits of tightly integrating HR information with finance, sales, project and other business data to create an accurate and actionable 360-degree picture of every employee, their role and their contribution to company success.

At SuiteWorld, you will hear that ‘suite’ message ring out loud and clear throughout keynote addresses and breakout sessions. Customers, partners and NetSuite executives will lay out the value of combining HCM, ERP, CRM, PSA and other employee-focused information whether generated by NetSuite or by NetSuite complemented with offerings from our partners. In addition, I would like to draw your attention to two HR-specific breakout sessions:

  • ‘What’s New: Getting the Most Out of TribeHR’ taking place on Tuesday, May 5 at 4:45 p.m. PT. Umar Tanwir, Director, Product Management, HCM at NetSuite, will share all the latest features in TribeHR and demos of new functionality as well as customer stories, advice on best practices, and new out-of-the-box integrations with NetSuite partners.
  • ‘What’s New, What’s Next: NetSuite Premier Payroll’ taking place on Thursday, May 7 at 1:00 p.m. PT. Barinder Saini, Director, Software Engineering at NetSuite will provide a complete overview of NetSuite Premier Payroll and Services, a demo of a new user interface and a sneak peek of upcoming features, as well as plenty of advice into how to simply and easily manage payroll processing for large enterprises.

All our breakout sessions are designed to be highly interactive so please feel free to engage with our speakers and carry on the conversation into session breaks, meal times and social events during SuiteWorld.
One area of the show not to be missed is our User Experience Lab in the SUITEdemogrounds. Please stop by to check out some elements of future HCM functionality we’re working on. Don’t be shy – share your opinion – we really value your input.

SuiteWorld is all about people and sharing experiences and insights and making new connections. It’s often the unanticipated engagements that prove the most valuable. I remember at last year’s event how our customer AMC Liquidators kindly volunteered to record a testimonial video with us after another customer had to take a raincheck due to a scheduling conflict. That interaction at SuiteWorld with AMC led to an awesome TribeHR testimonial (opens in new tab), and cemented an already strong relationship which has continued to build and build ever since.
