MTB Direct was the first online bicycle retailer out of Brisbane and quickly grew into Australia’s No. 1 ecommerce source for mountain biking parts and pieces.

Co-founders Jen Geale and Michael Geale launched MTB Direct in 2012 with a goal to sell upwards of 30 thousand products for their loyal customer base in Australia. Fast forward to 2019, and the duo has their eyes set on international expansion with continued excellence in customer service. Thus, MTB Direct’s employees work remotely all over the world, allowing them to serve customers in all geographies at all times of the day.
