Customer Success, Rock Stars and SuiteWorld: 2017’s Top Tweets

Social media serves many purposes: to connect with family and friends; a news source; a discussion board; a focus group, where it isn’t difficult to find like-minded people. And so much more. For business, it serves as a platform to connect with customers and partners. In 2017, we saw a record number of tweets about NetSuite (over 227K!) and we love seeing the engagement across conversations about cloud, enterprise resource planning (ERP(opens in new tab)), the SaaS software landscape and our customer success(opens in new tab).

Here, we take a look at several social posts from last year that showcase some of the top conversations and tweets in 2017. Let’s start with a focus on customers. The growth and success of our customers was evident as more and more companies continued to thrive in the cloud.

Our purpose is to help our customers grow, and seeing these great posts helps validate that we are delivering on that purpose.

SuiteWorld(opens in new tab) was also the epicenter of a lot of great tweets -- not only about the event, but about keynotes, sessions, and all the fun attendees were having at our annual user conference. Held in Las Vegas for the first time, SuiteWorld dished up its fair share of buzz with tweets schwag, speakers, NextFest and more.

Last year, NetSuite officially became a global business unit of Oracle and the social community was interested in exactly what that would mean moving forward. The social conversation started at a January bell ringing at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), continued at SuiteWorld in April, and ran through Oracle OpenWorld in October.
