Optimize Cash Management

AI-powered enhancements to NetSuite Bill Capture improve mapping logic that increase the accuracy of scanned bills as well as alert users to variances. With NetSuite Payment Automation, companies with multiple US subsidiaries can now automate vendor payments for each subsidiary. The Cash 360 SuiteApp now supports installment schedules to forecast cash flow more accurately.

Improve Subscription Management

The new prepay functionality in NetSuite SuiteBilling lets companies charge in advance for services which the customer consumes over the period of their contract, making subscription management easier for businesses that sell consumption-based services. New capabilities in NetSuite CPQ supports the inclusion of subscription items from SuiteBilling into a configuration, simplifying the configuration and quote process for companies that sell services alongside physical items.

Warehouse and Manufacturing Excellence

Quickly generate Manufacturing Shortage Reports with the Supply 360 SuiteApp to ensure all necessary component inventory is available to execute planned work orders. The new Available to Build SuiteApp shows what assemblies can be built with inventory currently on hand. NetSuite WMS supports automated bin replenishment. NetSuite Ship Central can automatically select the most cost-effective shipping method and create return and hazardous materials labels.

Optimize Cash Management

  • NetSuite SuiteBilling now includes prepay functionality. This allows companies with a consumption-based pricing model to charge in advance for services, which the customer can then consume over the course of their contract period. This release also integrates NetSuite CPQ with NetSuite SuiteBilling, allowing companies to include subscription items for products or services in the configuration process.
  • A new interactive task management feature in NetSuite Account Reconciliation builds on the close functionality already in NetSuite, providing accounting teams with a centralized place to create, assign, manage, and monitor tasks around the financial close.
  • In NetSuite Payment Automation, companies with multiple US subsidiaries can now automate vendor payments for each subsidiary.
  • AI-powered enhancements in NetSuite Bill Capture improve matching capabilities compare additional values from purchase orders and provides variance alerts.
  • The Cash 360 SuiteApp now incorporates installment schedules defined on invoices and vendor bills to facilitate more accurate forecasting of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • NetSuite Ship Central can automatically select the most cost-effective shipping method and create return and hazardous materials labels.
  • NetSuite WMS Bin Replenishment Schedule lets managers automatically schedule stock replenishment tasks. In addition, employees can capture serial numbers for each product in a pallet of goods with a single scan during the receiving process.

Manufacturing Excellence

  • New SuiteApps assist manufacturers in controlling costs and proactively responding to potential component shortages. NetSuite Supply 360 makes it easier for production planners and managers to see if they have all the inventory needed to fulfill upcoming work orders. The NetSuite Available to Build SuiteApp shows manufacturers how many of an assembly they can make with current available inventory. Cost Variance Analysis SuiteApp compares the planned and actual costs of work orders in a simple report.
  • Data tables in the NetSuite Supply Chain Management (SCM) Mobile app showing work orders, sales orders, or other records can now be color-coded based on status.
  • NetSuite Manufacturing Mobile will automatically populate lot and serial numbers when scanning GS1 barcodes.

Empower and Engage Employees

  • NetSuite SuitePeople includes a new integrated benefits partner, SimplyInsured, that allows new hires and existing employees to log into SuitePeople’s employee center to sign up for health benefits.
  • Enhancements to the SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile app time clock functionality include a break completion reminder to help ensure employees take their full break, as well as new time fields to capture data such as location, job, project, and task.
