In direct response to customer demand for more self-service, SuiteAnswers gives you searchable access to support solutions, best practices, training videos and help. Use the SuiteAnswers portal to:
Additionally, the NetSuite Support tab is being redesigned to provide a more streamlined, user-friendly experience. Many links previously found on the Support tab have been removed or relocated so review the table below to reference key activities and how to accomplish them.
Of special note: The NetSuite Support Center has been renamed the NetSuite Account Center and is accessible in the upper left hand corner of the Support tab.
Going forward, key training and support activities will be initiated as follows:
|Navigate to SuiteAnswers||Go to the Support tab and click the Visit SuiteAnswers button.|
|Search the knowledge base||Enter your question in the search box at the top of the SuiteAnswers home page.|
|Open a support case||Go to SuiteAnswers and click the Open a Support Case button in SuiteAnswers.|
|Contact support by phone||Go to the SuiteAnswers portal and click on the Contact Support by Phone button on the home page.|
|See status of an existing support case||Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite Account Center link in the upper left hand portlet.|
|View the Customer Support menu options||Go the SuiteAnswers portal and click on the Contact Support by Phone button on the home page. The IVR menu is available in the pop-up window.|
|Ask a billing question||In your NetSuite account, navigate to Setup > Company > NetSuite Account Information.|
|View a training course||Click the Learning Center tab at the top of the SuiteAnswers portal and either search for a specific course or use the left side navigation menu to see course titles by category.|
|Visit NetSuite Central||NetSuite Central is being retired. Training courses previously accessed through NetSuite Central can be browsed and searched in SuiteAnswers. The Professional Services One Methodology will now be accessed directly from the NetSuite Support tab.|
|Visit the online Help Center||Access Help, sneak peeks, user guides, etc. through the Help link at the top of every NetSuite application window.|
|Access the NetSuite One Methodology||Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite Account Center link in the Professional Services portlet on the lower left.|
|Join in a NetSuite User Group discussion||Go to the Support tab and click on the NetSuite User Group link in portlet on the left.|
