Navigate to SuiteAnswers | Choose Support from the dropdown menu. In the Support page, click the Visit SuiteAnswers button. |
Search the technical documentation | Enter your question in the search box at the top of the SuiteAnswers home page. |
Search the knowledge base | Enter your question in the search box at the top of the SuiteAnswers home page. |
Create a support ticket | Go to the Support tab and click the Create a Support Ticket link. |
Contact support by phone | Go to the Support tab and click the Call OpenAir Support link. |
Access the OpenAir user forum | Go to the Support tab and click the openair.com/userforum link. |
View a training video | Click the Learning Center tab at the top of the SuiteAnswers portal. Search for a specific topic or use the left side navigation menu to browse for videos by category. |
