Christopher Lam is a Senior Director in Oracle NetSuite’s Customer Success organization with more than 20 years of technology, management consulting, and systems integration experience. He is responsible for leading the teams focused on implementing NetSuite for customers in the Software and High Tech industry. Before joining Oracle NetSuite, Lam was a Senior Director in Symantec’s Finance and Information Technology organizations, leading large-scale transformation programs for their B2B and B2C businesses. He has also held several leadership roles at Ernst and Young, including serving as the partner responsible for building and leading their Customer Advisory Practice. Prior to Ernst & Young, Lam was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, leading its Enterprise Solutions practice delivering SaaS and on-premises based business solutions. Solutions included enabling technologies from Oracle, Siebel, Microsoft, and Salesforce.com. He has also held various executive roles at KPMG, including being a founding member of their CRM practice, Microsoft Account Partner, and Managing Director for High Tech within KPMG Consulting. Chris has a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
