How can I find out if a course is available?
Courses sometimes fill quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. Students will receive an e-mail confirmation when their registration request has been completed.  Please confirm course availability by e-mailing training@netsuite.com before booking travel. 

How do I register for a course?
To register, complete the online form. A representative will check the course that you have requested and the status of any previously purchased seats. If your company does not have any available training seats, a representative will send you an estimate via e-mail with the course pricing. After your estimate is approved and processed, a NetSuite training representative will then confirm course availability and proceed with the registration process.

Students must receive their confirmation e-mail before attending a NetSuite course. Please await an e-mail confirmation from training@netsuite.com before booking travel.

How much do the courses cost?
Public course pricing can be viewed within the course descriptions for each course. Private event and custom training estimates can be provided upon request. If you are interested in requesting pricing or other information about a course, complete the online form and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Who is allowed to utilise the NetSuite training seat?
Each training seat is purchased as an individual license and assigned to just one student. The confirmed student is the only student who may attend the NetSuite course. Sharing the training event with others in any way is expressly prohibited. Course materials are distributed only to the confirmed NetSuite student for the specified class. Certificates of Completion will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class.

Cancellation Policies/Procedures

What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start-date. Registrations cancelled or rescheduled within ten (10) business days prior to the class start date will be charged the FULL course price. This policy applies to all instructor-led class enrollments, including those confirmed within ten (10) business days before the class start date.

NetSuite reserves the right to cancel any course for insufficient confirmed attendees. Should NetSuite cancel a course, 100% of the training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training course; however, NetSuite will not be responsible or liable for any resulting costs incurred by a customer, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a course?
Send an e-mail to training@netsuite.com with your name, course location and date, and your request to cancel or reschedule. If you are looking to reschedule, please provide the new dates and locations so that we may review your request as soon as possible.

How long do we have to use our course seat?
Course seats must be completed, or forfeited, no later than one (1) year after purchase unless otherwise specified by the terms of the sales agreement.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits

Are NetSuite courses eligible for CPE credits?
Yes! CPE credits are available to US customers attending NetSuite courses. NetSuite, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Virtual Training

Are Virtual Training sessions interactive?
Your session will definitely be very interactive. As the instructor and students work through the content, you can ask questions and participate in group activities—and expect to be called on to participate—just as you would in an in-person Learning Centre course. When is the last day to register?
We recommend that students register as early as possible, as courses can fill quickly. Virtual Training registrations are only accepted until two business days prior to the session start date.

How do I set up and attend my training session?
Setting up for your class and attending the session is easy. First be sure you have received a course confirmation e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation, please e-mail training@netsuite.com. After receiving your confirmation e-mail, you are now ready to Prepare for Virtual Training. This guide will provide everything you need to prepare you for your virtual experience. You may use integrated WebEx VoIP to connect to the audio portion of the training session, or dial in on the phone. If you elect to connect using VoIP, you should have a computer headset with a microphone and functioning audio on your computer prior to joining the session. Refer to the setup guide in Prepare for Virtual Training.

Note: participants outside of North America will incur local toll charges on their phone bill by using the phone option.

How do I access my Virtual Training session?
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming the Training session title, date and time details as well as the link to the online session. Another email reminder will be sent a day or two prior to the class start date. You may use integrated WebEx VoIP to connect to the audio portion of the training session, or dial in on the phone. If you elect to connect using VoIP, you should have a computer headset with a microphone and functioning audio on your computer prior to joining the session. Refer to the setup guide in Prepare for Virtual Training.

What breaks are available during a virtual session?
The sessions will have scheduled breaks. The Instructor will review the schedule during Introductions at the beginning of each course.

If for some reason, you need to step away from the session outside of the session breaks, you can give a visual indication in the WebEx tool that you are stepping away from your workstation. However, as with any live class, the instructor will continue while you are away. Please note: Certificates of Completion will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class unless otherwise arranged with the instructor ahead of time.

SuiteAnswers Training Resources

What's covered? Our training videos address core features and basic tasks so you can take advantage of all that NetSuite has to offer. The Getting Started videos help new users orient on the product so they can start using it right away. The videos can also be taken as prerequisites to our instructor-led courses, or afterwards, for refresher training. Additionally with each release, New Feature Training helps you become informed about the latest functionality so you can put new capabilities to immediate use.

Is it for me? All users who are just starting to use NetSuite should take the Getting Started videos to learn basic tasks. If you are maintaining and supporting NetSuite, the New Feature Training videos will be most relevant to you. These videos help ensure that you can take advantage of the latest functionality.

Is it free and how do I get access? Absolutely! The videos are available to all users at no additional charge and are conveniently located in the SuiteAnswers Learning Center. Once you log in to NetSuite, you can access SuiteAnswers from the Support tab.
