Explore Mobile Explore Mobile's Explore Order Entry allows sales reps to retrieve, update and take orders via their mobile device and have them quickly uploaded into NetSuite with the click of a button. Accessible over a wireless data network, the Explore application pulls down an item master from NetSuite complete with current pricing. Once the order is entered into the device, it's uploaded into NetSuite and ready for approval by sales management, with email confirmation back to the sales person and customer. In addition, the Advanced Price List (APL) service allows complete item price lists to be extracted and emailed directly from a mobile device, including volume discount price breaks. Finally, Field Sales Rep (FSR 3) allows the sales person to search a customer's name on the handheld and retrieve his or her phone number, email, address and other account info from NetSuite, eliminating the need to call back to the office for up-to-date information. Explore Mobile's Field Sales Rep(FSR 2) is delivered as a hosted service that mobilises NetSuite CRM data.
