SuiteCommerce CaaS exposes native NetSuite commerce capabilities—including merchandising, pricing, promotions, payment processing, support management and customer management—as services that can be leveraged by any presentation layer, while providing an integrated back-end business management system.

The NetSuite SuiteCommerce Platform includes several technologies:

  • SuiteCommerce Experience: SuiteCommerce Experience is the front-end webstore technology that enables companies to support any touchpoint without having to rebuild business logic. SuiteCommerce Experience is built on responsive-design principles, enabling designers to create any customer experience, from altering the page layout to changing the interaction design. For example, SuiteCommerce Experience adapts to different resolutions on mobile devices and supports interaction models appropriate to touchscreens, such as swipe pagination.

    In addition to supporting any experience design, SuiteCommerce Experience is extremely scalable and high performance. Whereas the industry standard is page loads in less than two seconds, SuiteCommerce Experience offers sub-second page rendering by avoiding the redundant downloading and rendering of traditional presentation frameworks.
  • SuiteCommerce Services: New SuiteCommerce Services expose NetSuite's back-end commerce functionality and data as services to the SuiteCommerce Experience and any other commerce front-end touchpoint.
