Partners Take Major Equity Stakes in NetSuite K.K.
TOKYO and SAN MATEO, Calif. — May 25, 2006 — NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business software suites, today announced major partnerships with two industry-leading companies in Japan: Transcosmos, Japan's leading outsourced services provider; and Inspire Corporation, a prestigious IT venture capital firm and IT consultancy, headed by industry pundit Makoto Naruke, who joined Microsoft in 1986 and was president of Microsoft Japan from 1991 — 2000. These two new partnerships create the most extensive network for NetSuite to reach small and mid-sized Japanese businesses, leveraging the expertise in marketing, outsourcing, and IT provided by Transcosmos and Inspire.
