NetSuite Replaces SAP at the Divisional Level in Large SAP Accounts;
Customers Realize Major Cost Savings and Productivity Gains

NetSuite-to-SAP Connectors Enable Enterprise Reporting

Business ByNetSuite lets SAP customers expand their business application needs without having to increase their capital investment in SAP. The program, which includes a range of specialised on-demand services, enables SAP customers to deploy the complete NetSuite ERP offering at a divisional level as an SAP replacement, or as the top choice for a brand new implementation. In either situation, NetSuite complements a customer's broader SAP investment, and its ability to help companies manage core business operations in a single on-demand system delivers a huge advantage in terms of cost savings and overall productivity gains.

Cut SAP Maintenance and Operation Costs in Half!
SAP maintenance and ongoing operational costs have always been a drag on enterprise profits and productivity—especially with the recent increases in both support and maintenance fees and, of course, recent economic conditions. NetSuite gives you the power of an enterprise-class suite like SAP, but at a fraction of the cost and with far less complexity.

Customised to Fit Your Exact Business Needs
With 6,000 customers and ten years of experience, we've developed industry-specific, vertical solutions that will meet the needs of your particular system out of the box. NetSuite also offers complete flexibility for configuration and customisation through the SuiteFlex technology toolkit and the NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS).

Better Decisions with Real-Time Metrics
With SAP, you use complex business intelligence tools, data warehouses and costly business analysts to pull reports. NetSuite provides easy-to-use, role-based dashboards that give you real-time insight into your entire business so that you can make more informed business decisions. These dashboards come pre-built with more than 150 key performance indicators, report snapshots and trend graphs.

The Only On-Demand System Designed to Run a Global Business
NetSuite OneWorld is the first and only on-demand system to deliver real-time global business management and financial consolidation to multinational, multi-subsidiary companies. Manage companies with multiple subsidiaries, business units and legal entities all from a single NetSuite account, seamlessly handling different currencies, taxation rules, and reporting requirements.

SAP Customers Choose NetSuite

Asahi Kasei Spandex America (www.dorlestan.com)
"We were spending 3% of our revenue on SAP. By switching to NetSuite, we reduced that cost to 0.1% of revenue. We're 'slaves to fashion' here. When fashion changes, we've got to change quickly. And SAP wasn't conducive to those changes. It's not only the system itself but also the infrastructure that was required with SAP. All that stuff goes away with NetSuite."

"We're 'slaves to fashion' here. When fashion changes, we've got to change quickly. And SAP wasn't conducive to those changes. SAP is a dictated business strategy whereas NetSuite is an open strategy."

When added up, Stover says the company is saving about $1 million per year by switching to NetSuite. "It's not only the system itself but also the infrastructure that was required with SAP. All that stuff goes away with NetSuite. All I really need is the Internet provider."

Based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Fusion UV Systems, Inc., is a member company of Spectris plc, Surrey, England, and is the leading global supplier of ultraviolet curing systems and UV-based process solutions.

"We run SAP for our ERP software," said Susan Mitchell, Marketing Manager at Fusion UV Systems. "We looked at SAP CRM, both on-site and on-demand. Implementation costs for customised SAP CRM are high, and we found that the marketing automation was not yet ready for general release in SAP's on-demand solution at the time we wanted to make our decision. We also found that SAP did not price their on-demand solution for smaller companies like Fusion.

"With NetSuite, we have the functionality, including marketing campaigns, and the cost savings advantage of an on-demand solution."
