1. Why was the NetSuite SP100 Programme created?
NetSuite believes in the channel, and sees solution providers (SPs) as another source to fuel our rapid growth. We see unique opportunities for channel partners to provide cloud computing solutions to their customers, and we're offering 100% margins for the first year to prove it. NetSuite provides small and mid-size businesses (SMBs) with a single integrated system—delivered in the cloud—to manage key business processes in real time, including customer relationship management (CRM), accounting/enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-commerce. This new Programme is your opportunity to move your business to the cloud while earning 100% on new license business.

2. What do you mean by 100% margins?
Exactly that. Partners who enroll and are accepted into the Programme are eligible to receive 100% of the first-year subscription license revenue on new business transactions they originate.
3. Why are you adding even more benefits to the SP100 Programme?
Based on a channel survey conducted by NetSuite of 100 current and prospective partners, the solution provider community emphasised the importance of channel enablement as a criterion when selecting new vendors. The SuiteStart Service was created with this feedback in mind. The combination of the SP100 financial benefits and the SuiteStart service provides new NetSuite partners with everything they need to jumpstart their NetSuite business and provide immediate value to their clients.
4. What level of services can I expect to implement with NetSuite?
You should expect to deliver all of the same services for which you'd bill during an on-premise implementation, including data conversion, business process consulting, configuration, customisation, training and more. The only services you won't deliver are server and infrastructure management, as our cloud subscription includes those.
5. How does the NetSuite SP100 Programme differ from the existing NetSuite Solution Provider Programme?
The NetSuite SP100 Programme is a superset of the NetSuite Solution Provider Programme in that it offers channel partners an industry-first 100% margin on first-year license revenues for new business transactions. Recurring revenues for these wins are set at 10% for subsequent years.
6. What if thousands of partners want to sign-up for this Programme? Will you sign them all?
No. Not all VARs will qualify for this Programme, and we'll continue our long-standing policy of selective admission of only the most qualified and committed partners.

8. Is the NetSuite SP100 Programme available indefinitely and in all regions around the world?
No. This is a limited-time offer and available by invitation only. The Programme is currently only available in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
9. What support and training will I receive?
SP100 Programme Partners will receive unlimited sales support, including dedicated channel sales representatives and sales engineers to assist in pre-sales activities. From a training standpoint, we have a robust sales and technical enablement Programme designed to educate both sales personnel and functional consultants not just on NetSuite but also in the intricacies of selling and deploying cloud-based applications.
SP100 Programme Partners also receive access to a customised online partner portal. This site offers you real-time registration and the ability to track deals throughout the entire sales cycle. It's a comprehensive resource centre filled with data sheets, marketing materials and training resources.
10. What types of applications does NetSuite provide?
NetSuite provides a range of critical business applications, including back-office applications like accounting and finance, purchasing, inventory, and payroll; front-office applications like sales force automation (SFA), marketing, service/support, and order management; and ecommerce to manage a company's Web store, online transactions and Web site.

11. Who is the target customer?
NetSuite is ideal for mid-size organisations or divisions of larger enterprises. NetSuite customers come from businesses ranging in size from 50 employees to as many as thousands of employees. Target industries include software, professional services, IT resellers, retail, ecommerce, wholesale distribution and light manufacturing.
12. How long does it take to deploy NetSuite?
Typical implementations range from 30 days to 90 days, but more complex implementations can take longer.
13. Is NetSuite available worldwide?
Yes. NetSuite is sold globally and has more than 6,000 existing customers around the globe.
