Carphone Warehouse Business Solutions Implements NetSuite CRM+ for Sales Force Automation, Marketing and Customer Support
Rapidly-growing Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse has implemented NetSuite CRM+ to standardise its sales, marketing and support operations. The deal, which entails an initial 400 seats, makes Carphone Warehouse NetSuite's biggest UK-based customer. Last year, NetSuite signed the Opal Telecom division of Carphone Warehouse. Together, the Opal Telecom and Business Solutions divisions total to some 2,000 NetSuite CRM+ seats for Carphone Warehouse.
