Management Changes
Evan Goldberg Named as CTO and Chairman; Zach Nelson

SAN MATEO, CA, March 27, 2003 - NetLedger, Inc., makers
of Oracle� Small Business Suite, today announced senior
management changes. The company appointed Evan Goldberg,
former CEO, as Chief Technology Officer and Chairman
of the Board; and promoted Zach Nelson, former president
and Chief Operating Officer to president and Chief Executive
Officer. Former NetLedger Chairman Larry Ellison remains
on the NetLedger Board. The moves support the company's
business and product strategies to ensure further success
of NetLedger's award-winning products including NetSuiteT,
NetCRMT, and Oracle Small Business Suite. The Oracle
Small Business Suite name is used under license from
Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).
Mr. Goldberg founded NetLedger in 1998 with three Oracle
colleagues. Since then, Mr. Goldberg and his seasoned
team of technologists have successfully built the first
Web-based, completely integrated ERP and CRM suite for
small and mid-size companies. The highlights of this
breakthrough business application include a real-time,
360-degree view across all functions of a company; and
the first hosted application for small to medium-size
businesses. Mr. Goldberg's vision of the product has
resulted in the success of NetLedger's product offerings,
which have won many accolades from industry-leading
publications.
Mr. Nelson joined NetLedger in 2002. As a result of
his leadership, NetLedger's revenues have grown five-fold;
workforce has doubled; and the company has reached the
unprecedented 6,000-customer milestone, making NetLedger
the largest application service provider in the small-to-medium
business market. Nelson came to NetLedger with extensive
leadership experience spanning 15 years in high-tech
marketing, sales, and business strategy with companies
as such Oracle, Network Associates (NYSE: NET) and Sun
Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW).
