Course Objective

NetSuite consulting, delivery and pre-sales skills are key to any client’s success. To ensure rapid onboarding of your team, the NetSuite Enablement and Education teams offer this key first class that sets the foundation for that success. NetSuite calls this pre-sales and consulting class “Demo and Delivery” to highlight how important it is to have a consistent expectation and outcome for clients. This intense week-long live onboarding course offers in-person training on the NetSuite customer engagement model, how to best demonstrate pre-sales value, and the steps and hand-on exercises required to deliver a successful implementation.

This course is tailored for rapid onboarding new-to-NetSuite staff. Participants will learn pre-sales demonstration techniques and steps for executing successful delivery, using a traditional or SuiteSuccess methodology. Active hands-on sessions will show you the best methods to be successful with NetSuite clients.


Demo and Delivery Training is right for you if you…

  • Are an ERP consultant or Pre-Sales resource who is new to the NetSuite product and needs to rapidly learn how to execute a successful demo or consulting delivery of NetSuite.

Key objectives include:

  • What is NetSuite cloud ERP
  • What is the SuiteSuccess customer engagement model
  • How to effectively demonstrate NetSuite
  • How to approach and scope deployment using SuiteSuccess templates
  • Key elements needed to configure and deploy NetSuite

Participants must be registered for the live training at least three weeks prior to the class start date in order to complete the prerequisites. Registrations to the live training may be canceled without penalty up to three weeks prior to the class start date.
