How can I find out if a course is available?
Courses sometimes fill quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. Students will receive an e-mail confirmation when their registration request has been completed.  Please confirm course availability by e-mailing training@netsuite.com before booking travel. 

How do I register for a course?
To register, complete the online form.A representative will check the course that you have requested and the status of any previously purchased seats. If your company does not have any available training seats, a representative will send you an estimate via e-mail with the course pricing. After your estimate is approved and processed, a NetSuite training representative will then confirm course availability and proceed with the registration process.

Students must receive their confirmation e-mail before attending a NetSuite course. Please await an e-mail confirmation from training@netsuite.com before booking travel.

How much do the courses cost?
Public course pricing can be viewed within the course descriptions for each course. Private event and custom training estimates can be provided upon request. If you are interested in requesting pricing or other information about a course, complete the online form and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Who is allowed to utilize the NetSuite training seat?
Each training seat is purchased as an individual license and assigned to just one student. The confirmed student is the only student who may attend the NetSuite course. Sharing the training event with others in any way is expressly prohibited. Course materials are distributed only to the confirmed NetSuite student for the specified class. Certificates of Completion will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class.

What is the recommended attire?
Casual business attire is recommended.

What are the course daily schedules?
Course start and end times are included in the student's confirmation letter. It is important that you allow at least 20 minutes before the course start time to complete the check-in process.

Instructors will review course schedules and agendas during the first day. Please plan on attending the course as scheduled. If you need to leave the course early due to travel, etc. notify your instructor as soon as the course begins.

Do I need to bring anything with me to my course?
If you are attending a learning center course, a computer and course materials will be provided during the course. Virtual classroom students will receive additional instructions via the confirmation process for required downloads, etc. to prepare for the virtual classroom experience.

Cancellation Policies/Procedures:

 

What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start-date. Registrations cancelled or rescheduled within ten (10) business days prior to the class start date will be charged the FULL course price. This policy applies to all instructor-led class enrollments, including those confirmed within ten (10) business days before the class start date.

NetSuite reserves the right to cancel any course for insufficient confirmed attendees. Should NetSuite cancel a course, 100% of the training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training course; however, NetSuite will not be responsible or liable for any resulting costs incurred by a customer, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a course?
Send an e-mail to training@netsuite.com with your name, course location and date, and your request to cancel or reschedule. If you are looking to reschedule, please provide the new dates and locations so that we may review your request as soon as possible.

Are NetSuite courses eligible for CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credits?
Currently, our courses are not eligible for CPE credits or registered with NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy). If this becomes available, we will post an update to our site.

Are private dedicated classes available?
We would be happy to provide you with information regarding setting up an on-site or dedicated course. Please provide the course name, how many students you are planning to train, and your contact information in the online form. A representative will contact you as soon as possible.

What course can we take if we cannot travel?
We offer a variety of courses through our virtual classroom that allow you take advantage of rich training without expensive travel. Check out our Virtual Training section below for additional details on the NetSuite virtual training experience.

What is Virtual Training?

Are Virtual Training sessions interactive?
Your session will definitely be interactive. As the instructor works through the content, you can ask questions and participate in group activities—and expect to be called on to participate—just as you would in an in-person Learning Center course.

Is the content delivered in Virtual Training the same as a Learning center class?
Virtual Training is delivered by the same highly-qualified instructors using the same materials and labs as a Learning Center course.

When is the last day to register?
We recommend that students register as early as possible, as classes can fill quickly. Virtual Training registrations are only accepted until two business days prior to the session start date. If registrations are received after this time, the NetSuite training team will e-mail the requestor to select a new session.

How do I access my Virtual Training session?
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming the Training session title, date and time details as well as the link to the online session. Please log in 20 minutes before each class starts to ensure that you are able to access the session and check in with the instructor.

What system requirements do I need to attend a Virtual Training session?
The use of a land-line phone with a headset is recommended as speaker phones can create background noise. Skype or VOIP phones can be used, though you will have to dial into the session as though you were using a land-line phone. Please have a backup phone available in case of any issues.

You will also need a high-speed Internet connection, and a computer that meets the following requirements:

What Do I do after I register?
Confirm e-mail address — One business day prior to the start of the class, registered students will receive important course details including login details for the course. Details will be sent to the e-mail address used during the student confirmation process. If you need to change your e-mail address, please contact training@netsuite.com as soon as possible to provide an updated e-mail.

2-Days before your Virtual Training session - Test Login
Please follow the steps below to test your browser and download the WebEx client by joining a test meeting:

  1. Join a Test Meeting
  2. Enter your name, email address and click Join Now to access the WebEx session

Day of Class

  • Copy and paste the WebEx session link into your browser from your Student Reminder Letter.
  • Enter your name and email address and click Join Now to access the WebEx session.
  • Dial into the phone conference to hear the audio portion of the session.

I've lost the email confirmation for my Training session. How do I join the session?
E-mail trainingsupport@netsuite.com with your name and the class name and date. We will resend your confirmation details within 1 business day.

To cancel a registration, the student must send an email to training@netsuite.com with their name and class date and location. An email will be sent confirming the cancellation.
