Evan Goldberg Named as NetLedger CEO
San Mateo, CA. - August 31, 2000 - NetLedger Inc.,
the leading application service provider (ASP) that
enables small businesses to run totally online, today
announced that Evan Goldberg, the founder and CTO, has
assumed the post of CEO at NetLedger. Evan's predecessor
Bill Mirbach will step into a new role as Vice Chairman
on the Board of Directors, where he will continue to
help guide NetLedger's future.
For the last year, Goldberg has been the company's
Chief Technology Officer, focusing on the technical
development of NetLedger's small business solution.
He now plans to build on NetLedger's leadership position
to expand NetLedger's customer base and establish key
partnerships.
