NETSUITE CONTINUES TO WIN RESELLERS IN CANADA

IT-Ration Consulting and Number Logic Embrace NetSuite's Award-Winning On-Demand Business Management Software

TORONTO—30 June 2005—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software, today announced more reseller wins in Canada by signing up Montreal-based IT-Ration Consulting Inc. (www.it-ration.com) and Toronto-based Number Logic (www.numberlogic.com). With deep and extensive experience in software products across a wide range of industries, these resellers are valuable additions to NetSuite's fast-growing Solution Provider Program – the only true reseller program available for on-demand solutions since it offers sales margin on prospects and customers nurtured by the Solution Provider. "NetSuite continues its explosive growth in the Canadian market and is again poised to gain even more momentum with the addition of IT-Ration Consulting and Number Logic to the channel," said Adam Ross, VP of Channel Sales. "Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Canada's leading resellers is a key strategy to growing NetSuite's presence in North America and will undoubtedly increase bottom line results for the company."

The new reseller wins announced today include:

Number Logic—Toronto-based Number Logic was founded by two successful Management Accountants, Andrew Gucciardi and Michael Pilato, both CMAs. Gucciardi has held finance positions of increasing responsibility within multi-national organizations, including Nortel Networks, IBM, and Redknee. Prior to co-founding Number Logic, Gucciardi was the International Controller for the high growth wireless software company, Redknee. He was responsible for leading all aspects of the company's international finance department and facility management.

Pilato has held multiple finance and marketing positions within the consumer packaged goods industry. Prior to co-founding Number Logic, Pilato was a Product Manager at Kraft Foods, the largest food company in North America. He was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, strategic development, and growth plan for Nabob Coffee. Pilato currently serves on the Board of Directors for Breakaway, Addiction Harm Reduction Services.

"As we serve as the outsourced finance and accounting department for small and midsized businesses, NetSuite seemed to be a natural complement to the services we provide," said Andrew Gucciardi, CMA, and CEO of Number Logic. "Many of our clients have warehouses and distribution operations, and others are in services-related businesses, and we see NetSuite's ability to automate these processes remotely as a key selling point."

IT-Ration Consulting—Montreal-based IT-Ration Consulting is a technology strategy, business process management, system integration and user centered design company. Its team of professionals brings cross-industry expertise as well as extensive experience from the leading consulting firms worldwide. The net result is best-in-class expertise, which to this point has been unavailable to the small and medium enterprises. The IT-Ration Consulting offering reflects their philosophy and approach: To provide well thought out technology strategy, which promotes high value business processes, through integrated systems.

"The new French version of NetSuite combined with NetSuite's rapidly growing office in Toronto are creating a wonderful environment for us to market and sell NetSuite here in Quebec," said Martin McNicoll, President of IT-Ration Consulting, Inc. "We love telling our clients, most of whom are French-speaking, that there is now a product in their language that allows them to lease, not buy, a CRM + ERP system that would otherwise cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars. NetSuite is truly a disruptive technology and is going to revolutionize the way small and midsize companies do business, especially here in Quebec."
