NetLedger and Onecore.Com Partner to Provide Small Businesses with Broader Web-Based Financial and Accounting Capabilities

San Mateo, Calif. – March 15, 2000 – NetLedger, Inc., the world’s first provider of a Web-based accounting solution for small businesses, announced today it has entered into a strategic partnership with Massachusetts-based OneCore.com, a leading innovator of online financial services custom built for small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a result of the agreement, customers of NetLedger and OneCore.com have easy, seamless access to a comprehensive array of Web-based accounting and financial solutions jointly offered by the two companies.
