NETSUITE CRM AWARDED CUSTOMERS' TOP CHOICE IN UK'S SOFTWARE SATISFACTION AWARDS 2008

NetSuite Beats Salesforce.com and Sage for Best Enterprise CRM Software and Best Mid-Range CRM Software

LONDON and SAN MATEO, Calif.—November 10, 2008—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market enterprises and divisions of large companies, today announced that its U.K. customers have voted NetSuite CRM+ as best Enterprise Software and NetSuite CRM as the best Mid-Range Software in the customer relationship management (CRM) category of Sift Media's Software Satisfaction Awards 2008. NetSuite received the awards at a ceremony held Thursday, 30 October, in London. In each category, NetSuite beat a number of larger competitors, including salesforce.com and Sage.

"U.K. Customers have spoken, and they have selected NetSuite as the number-one CRM product on the market," said Zach Nelson, NetSuite CEO. "These results are no surprise to us, particularly our win over Sage, but we truly appreciate the support and recognition of our customers and we thank them for their efforts."

NetSuite CRM+ delivers powerful customer relationship management capabilities, including sales force automation (SFA), marketing automation, customer support and service, flexible customization through SuiteFlex, and more. In addition, NetSuite CRM+ delivers important CRM functionality not found in salesforce.com, including the ability to:

  • Create estimates or quotes
  • Generate sales orders
  • Manage multiple quotas and forecasts
  • Automate support for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Manage incentive management (commissions) within the system without using a third product
  • Conduct integrated email marketing
  • Pre-configure dashboards for business intelligence, and more.

Sift Media established the Software Satisfaction Awards in 2006 to reward high standards from software application providers serving U.K. businesses. The awards are based on the views of genuine buyers and end users of business software applications — not those of a judging panel. This year, the survey received a record number of votes. Many of the winners were Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, further proof that the SaaS model is gaining traction with an increasing number of satisfied customers.
