NETSUITE ANNOUNCES TIMING OF THIRD QUARTER 2009 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Third Quarter 2009 Results to be Released on November 4, 2009 after Market Close

SAN MATEO, Calif. — October 21, 2009 —NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced that its financial results for the third quarter of 2009 will be released after the market close on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. NetSuite will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 p.m. EST) on the same day.

Dial-in information for the call and a live webcast will be available at www.netsuite.com/investors. An audio replay will be available between 5:00 p.m. PST on November 4, 2009, and 12:00 a.m. PST on November 6, 2009. The replay will also be available as a webcast on NetSuite's Investor Relations website.
