NETSUITE ANNOUNCES TIMING OF SECOND QUARTER 2009 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Second Quarter 2009 Results to be Released on July 30, 2009 After Market Close

SAN MATEO, Calif. — July 14, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market enterprises and divisions of large companies, today announced that its financial results for the second quarter of 2009 will be released after the market close on Thursday, July 30, 2009. NetSuite will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT) on the same day.

Dial-in information for the call and a live webcast will be available at www.netsuite.com/investors. An audio replay will be available between 5:00 p.m. PDT on July 30, 2009 and 12:00 a.m. PDT on August 1, 2009.
