NetSuite Announces Timing of First Quarter 2009 Financial Results Conference Call

First Quarter 2009 Results to be Released on May 4, 2009, after Market Close

SAN MATEO, Calif. — April 23, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market enterprises and divisions of large companies, today announced that its financial results for the first quarter of 2009 will be released after the market close on Monday, May 4, 2009. NetSuite will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT) on the same day.

Dial-in information for the call and a live webcast will be available at www.netsuite.com/investors. An audio replay will be available between 5:00 p.m. PDT on May 4, 2009 and 12:00 a.m. PDT on May 6, 2009.
