NETSUITE RECOGNIZES CHANNEL STARS

Five Solution Providers Honored at the Company's 3rd Annual Partner Conference

San Mateo, CA. – April 23, 2004 – NetSuite, Inc., today announced that at its 3rd Annual Partner Conference, five Solution Providers were awarded for excellent performance in delivering NetSuite's award-winning products to end-user companies. The selection was made based on the revenues generated and the number of new customers retained in 2003. NetSuite offerings includeNetSuite, NetERP, NetCRM and Oracle Small Business Suite. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).

Since its launch in 2002, NetSuite's Channel Program has seen tremendous success. One of the key factors is the great team of solution providers. To recognize their achievements, NetSuite has built an award program to honor their hard work and results. Based on the revenue generated and the number of end-user companies they have helped to implement NetSuite offerings, the awards are decided in three categories—Star Performer, Partner of the Year, Rising Star. Skyytek Corporation, Initiative One, and LSTechnologies were this year's Star Performers. Lohmueller & Associates took home the honors for Partner of the Year, and Nelson & Pickens won the Rising Star award.
