Evan Goldberg Named as CTO and Chairman; Zach Nelson Appointed as CEO; Former NetLedger Chairman Larry Ellison Remains on the NetLedger Board

SAN MATEO, CA, March 27, 2003—NetLedger, Inc., makers of Oracle® Small Business Suite, today announced senior management changes. The company appointed Evan Goldberg, former CEO, as Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board; and promoted Zach Nelson, former president and Chief Operating Officer to president and Chief Executive Officer. Former NetLedger Chairman Larry Ellison remains on the NetLedger Board. The moves support the company's business and product strategies to ensure further success of NetLedger's award-winning products including NetSuiteT, NetCRMT, and Oracle Small Business Suite. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).

Mr. Goldberg founded NetLedger in 1998 with three Oracle colleagues. Since then, Mr. Goldberg and his seasoned team of technologists have successfully built the first Web-based, completely integrated ERP and CRM suite for small and mid-size companies. The highlights of this breakthrough business application include a real-time, 360-degree view across all functions of a company; and the first hosted application for small to medium-size businesses. Mr. Goldberg's vision of the product has resulted in the success of NetLedger's product offerings, which have won many accolades from industry-leading publications.

Mr. Nelson joined NetLedger in 2002. As a result of his leadership, NetLedger's revenues have grown five-fold; workforce has doubled; and the company has reached the unprecedented 6,000-customer milestone, making NetLedger the largest application service provider in the small-to-medium business market. Nelson came to NetLedger with extensive leadership experience spanning 15 years in high-tech marketing, sales, and business strategy with companies as such Oracle, Network Associates (NYSE: NET) and Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW).
