NETSUITE SCHEDULES ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING FOR MAY 29, 2008

SAN MATEO, Calif. — February 29, 2008 — NetSuite Inc. The record date for determining eligibility to vote at the 2008 Annual Meeting will be March 31, 2008.
