NETSUITE ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL 2009 FINANCIAL RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2009 Results to be Released on February 4, 2010 after Market Close

SAN MATEO, Calif. — January 15, 2010 —NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2009 will be released after the market close on Thursday, February 4, 2010. NetSuite will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00pm PST (5:00pm EST) on the same day.

Dial-in information for the call and a live webcast will be available at www.netsuite.com/investors. An audio replay will be available between 5:00pm PST February 4, 2010 and 12:00am PST February 6, 2010. The replay will also be available as a webcast on NetSuite's Investor Relations website for at least one year.
