- What is SuiteWorld?
- SuiteWorld is our largest user conference designed specifically for NetSuite customers, partners and developers. SuiteWorld 2013 comes to San Jose May 13-16, bringing together the full strength of the NetSuite Nation ecosystem to learn and explore, network face to face, and to shape the next evolution of cloud computing services.

- The conference kicks off on Monday, May 13th at 5:00 pm and ends on Thursday, May 16 at 4:00 pm. Two day Pre-Conference Training workshops are available at an additional cost of $1,599 on Sunday, May 12th and Monday, May 13th from 8:00-5:00 pm.
- How many attendees do you expect this year?
- SuiteWorld 2012 brought 3,500 attendees together. NetSuite expects about 5,000 attendees at SuiteWorld 2013. A 40% increase from 2012.

Pre-Conference Training: May 12–13: $1,599
Pre-Conference Training runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on May 12 and 13 and is an additional cost to attend. For details go to the Agenda tab and select Pre-Con Training. - Is there a group rate if my company is sending more than one person?
The group rate is no longer available.
- What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?
The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover and Purchase Orders. Payment by purchase order is no longer available.
- What are the cancellation policies?

To cancel your registration, you must notify the SuiteWorld 2013 team via email: suiteworldregistration@immersamarketing.com. Cancellation requests made prior to April 30, 2013, will result in a refund of 100%, less a processing fee of $100. Cancellation requests received on or after May 1, 2013, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you don’t attend and don’t notify us, you will be charged the full conference fee.
- Can I substitute my registration?

Substitutions are no longer being honored. To cancel your registration, email suiteworldcancellations@immersamarketing.com.
- How do I register for Pre-Conference Training or edit my choice of training class?

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for Two Day Pre-Conference Training for an additional cost of $1,599. If you have already registered and want to change your session topic go to My SuiteWorld and go to the Pre-Conference Training tab.
- How do I register or edit Product Round Table Sessions or SuiteGuru sessions?

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for complimentary Product Round Tables or SuiteGuru Sessions. If you have already registered and want to change your session topic go to My SuiteWorld and go to the Product Round Table / SuiteGuru tab.
- What do I need to bring with me to check in at SuiteWorld?

Please be prepared to show a photo ID to pick up your conference name badge.
- I lost my badge, what do I do?
-
Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $50 re-stocking fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.
- Can I bring a guest?

At this time, NetSuite does not allow guests at any of the conference related activities without a badge.
- I would like to speak at SuiteWorld, who do I talk to?

Speaking spots at SuiteWorld are by invitation only. Further questions in regards to this matter can be routed to suiteworld@netsuite.com.

- What is the deadline for making hotel reservations?

To take advantage of these hotel room rates during SuiteWorld, you must book by April 19, 2013. All conference hotels are SOLD OUT.
- What is the hotel cancellation policy?

The hotel cancellation policies below:
Marriott — Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be assessed a no-show charge of one night room and tax at the group rate and will be charged against the individual credit card on file for the attendee.
Hilton — Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be assessed a no-show charge of one night room and tax at the group rate and will be charged against the individual credit card on file for the attendee.
Fairmont — Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will be assessed a no-show charge of one night room and tax at the group rate and will be charged against the individual credit card on file for the attendee.
Hyatt Place — Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be assessed a no-show charge of one night room and tax at the group rate and will be charged against the individual credit card on file for the attendee.
Sainte Claire — Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be assessed a no-show charge of one night room and tax at the group rate and will be charged against the individual credit card on file for the attendee. Room cancellation policy is 72 hours from arrival date reserved.

- What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual is suggested. Meeting rooms will be cool. San Jose weather can be fairly unpredictable at this time so it is suggested you wear layers in case it’s chilly.
- What is the weather like in San Jose in May?

In May the temperature in San Jose is in the mid 60's during the day to low 50's in the evenings.
