Vice President, Product Marketing
Mini Peiris joined NetSuite in 2002 and served as Vice President of Product Management. In this role, Peiris oversaw all areas of NetSuite product management—from enterprise resource planning (ERP) to customer relationship management (CRM), ecommerce and the NS-BOS Platform—and was responsible for the product direction of all NetSuite offerings. Now, as Vice President of Product Marketing, Peiris is spearheading all product marketing initiatives worldwide, including positioning NetSuite products in the market, launching new product initiatives and vertical offerings, driving content for internal sales enablement, and building and leading the NetSuite product marketing team.
Peiris has over 12 years experience in the software industry and over 10 years in product management and product marketing roles. Prior to NetSuite, Peiris served in various senior product management roles at Interact Commerce Corp. (now Sage Software's CRM Division). At Interact, Peiris managed both the ACT! and SalesLogix product lines including the initial introduction of SalesLogix for Web, one of the first browser-based CRM applications, as well as the delivery of interactive Web content into ACT!, the contact manager that pioneered the Sales Force Automation (SFA) category.
Before Interact, Peiris started her career in the scientific research of drug stability for Janssen Pharmaceutical, a Johnson & Johnson company. She holds a B.S. in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
Vinnie Mirchandani is founder of Deal Architect Inc., a technology advisory firm that was recognized in the Black Book of Outsourcing as one of the top boutique sourcing advisory firms. Previously, he was a technology industry analyst with Gartner, where he analyzed the ERP software and related services market. Before that, he was an outsourcing executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), now part of IBM, where he helped clients across the globe plan and implement a variety of packaged application software.
Mirchandani writes two widely read technology blogs: Deal Architect focuses on disruptive trends in third-party maintenance, SaaS, global outsourcing and cloud computing and the economics of technology, while New Florence. New Renaissance covers innovation in a wide range of technologies, from telemetry to web services and virtualization. Last year, The Industry Standard rated Deal Architect as one of its best technology blogs.
Vice President, Solutions
Neil is an experienced executive with deep domain expertise in business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, and financial management.
Prior to joining Adaptive Planning, Neil was a sales executive at Cognos. At Cognos, he led the region that generated the company's strongest sales growth, delivering nine successive quarters of year-on-year growth. Prior to his tenure at Cognos, Neil held Area Vice President of Sales, Area Vice President of Channels, and General Manager positions at Adaytum, a market-creating budgeting and planning vendor that was acquired by Cognos. He joined Adaytum as one of the original team in 1996 and played a key role in driving the company's growth from $1 million to $61 million in revenue. From his many years as Group Financial Controller at Dimension Data and Marketing Controller at Johnson & Johnson, Thomas also brings valuable financial management insight to the Adaptive Planning team.
Neil received a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from Thames Valley University in London and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Neil is a certified accountant and chartered company secretary.
