Job Description:

Netsuite is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be the key member responsible for developing and managing an entire region of field Account Managers. This position will be managing 8-10 direct sales reps in their region. This position will also be responsible for building and managing a strong partner and an alliance network in the region. Excellent sales management skills are a must, as is a love of a fast paced business environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful software sales experience of meeting and surpassing quota.
  • 2-5 years experience successfully managing INSIDE sales teams.
  • Strong applications background.
  • Experience selling ERP and CRM applications.
  • Experience developing and working with Regional Partners and Alliances.
  • Excellent sales management skills.
  • BA or BS Degree.
