Job Description:

• Administration of day-to-day company sales compensation plans and system.
• Maintain commission plans, schedules, commission rates and quotas in system
• Initialize and investigate monthly commission statements
• Explain commissions in detail in response to queries from sales reps or management
• Develop tools and aids to explain how reps can troubleshoot or understand their commissions
• Prepare overall summary statistics of sales incentives; maintain all associated records

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business courses; CPA certification preferred
• Require 2 years experience in sales compensation and administration or CPA certification
• Close attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and self-manage calendar and deadlines
