Job Description:
Responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive field enablement programs to deliver consistent sales model for improving field productivity and increase the overall opportunity close rates.
Responsibilities/purpose (essential job functions):
Responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive field enablement programs to deliver consistent sales model for improving field productivity and increase the overall opportunity close rates.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Enforce NetSuite sales methodology model and enable field to use model to ensure consistent selling approach for organization and increase sales productivity, and increase opportunity close rates
- Create and deliver field enablement program for new hire Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Create and deliver field enablement program as on-going training for existing Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Create and deliver field enablement program for NetSuite Partners
- Develop a Sales Manager enablement program to provide field management with the tools and methodologies to coach and mentor their Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Develop and communicate sales tools (such as account planning, sales processes, and opportunity management) to assist field with consistent selling model to increase sales productivity
- Work with cross functional teams such as product management and product marketing to deliver effective sales collateral to provide effective sales tools to employ during sales cycle
- Develop sales workshops to provide ability to role play key sales activity and provide consistent review standards as a basis for program certification
Requirements/qualifications/skills:

3-5 years experience in sales, sales operations or sales training; must be able to create and deliver sales training content.
- Experience working in an enterprise applications environment is preferable.
- Experience working with all levels of sales roles (inside, field, etc.).
Minimum years of industry experience: 2 years software industry experience.
Computer experience: CRM experience.
Educational requirements or equivalent work experience: BA or BS.
Travel Requirement: 35%.
