Job Description:
In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering technical curriculum for SuiteFlex. SuiteFlex products are based on a technology platform for application configuration and personalization, business process customization, integration with 3rd party products, and product verticalization. The successful candidate will have familiarity with Web Services (XML, SOAP, WSDL), the .Net platform, and should also have some experience reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, and Java. Developed curriculum will support instructor-led classroom and virtual classroom training, and self-paced e-Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Work individually or as part of a cross-functional project team to design, develop, and release technical course materials (student guide, exercises, quick reference materials) for all audiences including customer, partner and employee.
• Develop standard and custom technical training (software application customization with server-side and client-side scripting, for example) in a modular format that can easily be updated, re-used and leveraged for all training delivery modes.
• Team with subject matter experts on the NetSuite application, gathering expertise to guide content development focused on learning initiatives.
• Deliver knowledge transfer of new courses to internal instructors including First Internal or First Customer Teaches, and support online and instructor-led training, as needed.
• Implement learning paths to support Technical roles (for example, Developer, Administrator)
• Support Certification program initiatives, as needed.
• Manage distribution and versioning of all course materials.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years experience with developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and hands-on exercises.
• Proficiency with the application integration layer and customization environment of at least one major ERP or CRM application:
• SAP – ABAP, BAPI
• Oracle – Open Interface Tables, PL/SQL
• Siebel – escript
• SalesForce.com – APEX
• Proficiency in error resolution and debugging.
• Experience developing web applications using JSP/Servlets (preferred).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with MS Office and Adobe products for developing both eLearning and ILT course materials.
• Proven experience with curriculum design principles and practices to include: adult learning theories, structured writing techniques, interactive training (ILT and virtual classroom), learning and e-learning design principles, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects and adhere to project deadlines.
• Ability to establish excellent relationships with Delivery team as well as with Product Management, Tech Pubs, and Support.
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in an ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
