Job Description:
As the Product Director of Usability at Netsuite you will be responsible for the usability roadmap (including analysis, definition and execution) for the Netsuite Platform (NS-BOS) and the Netsuite products (ERP, CRM and E-commerce). This role is in product management with management responsibility across a group if User Experience Engineers and Developers.

• Conduct data-driven analyses to prove business feasibility
• Define product features and functionality for potential concepts
• Serve as primary liaison to developer/engineer teams
• Manage roadmap for usability for NS-BOS and Netsuite Product Suite.
• Conduct usability testing and other research to refine products
• Manage Usability initiatives across the product division

Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile Development Techniques a must
• Minimum of 5-7 Years of Product management experience
• Minimum of 1-2 Years Management experience
• Product Management skills a benefit as this is a product role
