Job Description:
NetSuite is the #1 CRM/ERP hosted solution serving over 7,000 customers. NetSuite applications are comprehensive solutions for mid-size businesses that integrate ERP, CRM, E-commerce and partner collaboration capabilities.

The CRM product manager will be responsible for defining future product enhancements to our customer relationship management (CRM) and partner relationship management (PRM) capabilities.

Proven track record in product management in a company that develops CRM, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, Customer Support and Services, Partner Management systems is a must. Candidate should have a strong understanding of how businesses operate and how their sales, marketing, and customer service/support organizations interact, as well as how these functions interact with finance, operations and HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product roadmap
  • Own all feature definition for product line
  • Track and monitor product line’s business objectives and revenue goals
  • Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new features based on market research, competitive analysis, understanding of the market, customer feedback and feedback from our sales and support departments
  • Manage the entire product releases with successful and timely deliveries
  • Work with development engineers, QA, technical publication and other product managers to define the scope of each feature
  • Collect, analyze, maintain and distribute information about competing products
  • Promote product across company and provide product information to meet a variety of internal and external needs including sales collateral, press releases, web site copy and internal training

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven Life-Cycle management for CRM product lines.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM products and market space
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Passion for analyzing problems and creating solutions
  • A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and processes
  • Excellent communication and cross functional teamwork skills
  • Superior analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills
  • Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills

Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience in a product management role. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
