Responsibilities:

• Billing
• Account provisioning
• Renewal Estimate creation
• Cash Application
• Credit Card Charging
• Late/Lock Notification to customers
• Confirm sales orders meet mandatory guidelines regarding discounting, up sells, etc.
• Create complex billing schedules
• Ensure transaction calculation accuracy
• Ability to complete other transactional related tasks/projects on an ad hoc basis in fast paced environment
• Respond to internal and external inquiries via email

Requirements:

• Accounting graduate, preferably CPA
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in billing, A/R Management and/or collection functions (shared services set-up) for at least 2 years
• Able and willing to work on the graveyard shift
• 2 years minimum experience in the industry
• Knowledgeable in SAP, ORACLE, ACPAC or QUICKBOOKS
