Human Resources Management

HR professionals can use NetSuite to set up a corporate intranet to publish content such as directories of corporate policies, benefits information, and corporate holidays, and easily maintain and publish corporate employee directories. They are also able to use saved search reporting to publish information that varies over time, such as automatically publishing the top ten salespeople of the quarter based on revenues sold. Saved search reporting can also be used for secure, private collection of EEO data across the organization for Federal reporting. When used with NetSuite Payroll Services, new hires are automatically reported to the New Employee Registry Program and National Directory of New Hires. For internal HR use, all employee records are securely managed and housed within NetSuite ERM, accessible only to individuals as designated.

  • Employee Records
NetSuite stores all employee information in a comprehensive, secure employee record. Each record includes employee contact information, hire date, subsequent review date, department and supervisor names, salary, withholdings, deductions, and sick and vacation day accruals. A company's HR department can also store confidential files — such as performance reviews, payroll details, employment contacts, and option plans — in NetSuite's File Cabinet. Employees can log in to the NetSuite Employee Center to view and print their pay stubs and edit W-4 information.

  • Security
NetSuite ERM addresses the security issues common in companies that rely on paper folders for employee data through password protected, secure self-service employee from a browser access anytime, anywhere an employee works.
